Promotes projects for Alliances for the Development of Economic Infrastructure known as Public-Private Partnerships -PPP-.
Transparent projects with high quality and service standards.
Requested by State Contracting Institutions -SCI-.
What is a Public-Private Partnership?
"A long-term contract between a public party and a private party for the development and/or management of a public asset or service, in which the private party bears significant risk and significant responsibility in management during the life of the contract, and remuneration is significantly linked to the performance and/or the demand or use of the asset or service."*
